Its been a while since I've posted anything, and I didn't want to start posting again out of the blue without addressing where I've been...
To put it briefly, I had two months straight of exams and finals.
And now for the longer version 😂
Not only did I have finals at the end of the semester but I also had oral evaluations to test our "practical knowledge". I put practical knowledge under quotation marks because we barely even had in-person classes. But I digress... 😅
So, in total, I had 5 oral evaluations and 5 final exams. It doesn't seem that bad at first. But trust me... it was hard. If I had to say, this was the hardest semester I've had since I started medical school.
This semester made me realize how burnt out I am. The only me time I had was for eating, showering and sleeping. Whenever I had any extra time I would try to go outside for a walk, because I was spending most of my time sitting down in front of my computer screen.
This semester we had little to none hands-on experience in the hospitals, which meant that 99% of what we learned was online. So my motivation was at an all time low 😞
I created this blog and my studygram as a creative outlet to keep myself inspired and hopefully others. But with finals it was very difficult to manage everything. So I decided to take a break in order to focus 100% on my exams.
And now exams are finally over! 😁🥳
Are you studying? If so, what are your finals like? Let me know in the comment section below! 🤗
